A beautiful Fall day!!
Worked on cards for upcoming class in October and am excited for a new opportunity to share paper crafting with many more individuals. Attended the Scrapbook Expo in Denver last Friday, it was AWESOME!! I had a blast learning many new techniques and the vendors out there is crazy. We have so many options which I am grateful for online shopping since I have my own nook to do crafts I am working on some of the new things I learned and of course a few items came home with me:)
I have been baking and I am finally posting the pics that I promised last week. Below you will see the Pancake Muffins filled with fruit, protein and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Granola that we love so much, I can’t keep it on hand. The last photo is French Toast Muffins which I just put my casserole into muffin cups instead of a 9×13. I also made a Blackberry Cobbler care of Rae Drummond, Pioneer Woman on the Foodnetwork. Todd and the kids are enthusiastic but it is cooked fruit which isn’t their favorite. I am optimistic that they will like it and if not I have a lot of cobbler to eat.
Thanks for checking in,
Jodi
