About Jodi

Crafts, are what I truly enjoy!  I would spend hours coloring, drawing or doodling when I was growing up.   My mom saved two cards I made for my grandmother when I was about 10 years old.  I would watch my grandmother growing up sewing and spending time in the kitchen.  Who knew that years later I would still be making cards and start many other crafts.

I began cake decorating a few years ago at a local craft store.  Discovering the endless possibilities is great!  I hated baking and my mom would give me a hard time about it,  so she would do it all.  I appreciate the time she spent and how delicious her creations tasted.  I have baked more the last few years than I have my whole life.  I get lost when I am decorating as I do when making cards.  I hope to combine the two and make cakes to compliment invitations or party favors.  Custom cakes, and cards has been rewarding because I am able to share in special occasions with others and seeing their joy is special.  Thank you to my family and friends who continually support and encourage me.   I also have to thank a friend who is like a brother to me for the name of this site.  All the years he would raze me about the different items I would make and it has now come to life.   I love the enthusiasm from my wonderful kids and husband.  They are the ones that truly enjoy my trials and errors and let me know what I need to make again or change.  I will do my best to update all new creations.  Stay tuned:)
